Payments
During the booking process, we guarantee that the booking amount is authorized on the user's credit card. Upon confirmation by the owner, the amount is then debited. All transactions are conducted seamlessly through the Stripe payment system.
Authentication
Use It Platform provides users with various methods to create an account and access the platform, including OTP authentication, Google, or Facebook account integration. Additional options will be introduced in the future. The platform employs the Okta Auth0 service to ensure secure authentication processes.
Profile
All Use It Platform users have the flexibility to act as both renters and owners, eliminating the necessity for creating multiple profiles. This seamless functionality enables users to effortlessly book products while also facilitating the sharing of their own items.
Availabilities
Use It Platform meticulously maintains an updated availability calendar for each product. Search results exclusively display available products relevant to the selected period, eliminating the necessity for users to communicate with owners to confirm availabilities.
Reviews
Use It Platform offers all participants in a transaction the opportunity to provide feedback and submit reviews. This includes product reviews, owner and customer evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive review system for all involved parties.
Payouts
Use It Platform provides customers with the opportunity to generate additional revenue by listing products that are booked by other users. The generated revenues are seamlessly transferred to the checking accounts of the respective owners.
Geopositioning
In order to enhance user experience by offering more relevant and seamless interactions, Use It Platform utilizes IP geolocation to optimize search results, providing users with products that are geographically close to their location. However, users retain the flexibility to modify search criteria to specify a different geographical area if desired.
Insurance
